Payment

Payment Method

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) and Amazon Pay.

Please make payment in accordance with the terms and conditions of your designated card company.

Payment can only be made in one lump sum.

If you wish to pay in installments, please make the necessary changes with your card company.

On the payment date, payment processing is requested when the product is shipped.

We are unable to investigate any inquiries regarding withdrawals. Please contact your credit card company.

Please note that you cannot change the payment method after placing your order. Please be sure to select an available payment method before placing your order.

By registering as a member, you can save your credit card information so that you do not have to enter it the next time you shop.

Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is a service that allows you to place orders using the credit card information and address registered to your Amazon.co.jp account.

Amazon points will not be awarded.

The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been completed.

You cannot change the payment method after placing an order. Please be sure to select a payment method that you can use when placing your order.

If you are a registered member, please log in to your account and download a PDF of the receipt (addressed to the orderer) from the purchase history on your My Page.

If you are not a registered member or would like a receipt to be issued in the name of someone other than yourself, please let us know using the inquiry form.

Order

Cancellation/Change

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us by email using the inquiry form .

a. Those who place an order by 10:00 a.m.
Please cancel your order by 12:00 noon on the day of your order via the inquiry form.

b. Customers who place orders after 10:00 a.m.
Please cancel your order by contacting us by 10:00am on the day following the order date.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

gift wrapping

If you require gift wrapping, please write "gift wrapping requested" in the comments section when placing your order.

Please note that we do not offer services such as including a shopper or writing messages for you.

Shipping Information

Shipping is only available within Japan.
If you would like to ship outside of Japan, please use HEREU STUDIO .

postage

Shipping costs are 440 yen (tax included) nationwide for each order.

Your order will usually be delivered within 3 business days (weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after you place your order.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination region, weather, traffic conditions, etc.

If it takes longer than expected, we will contact you separately.

Return and exchange policy

If the product is within 7 days of receipt, it can be returned or exchanged only once if it is deemed to be "unused" according to our standards.

Withdrawal

If you wish to cancel your membership, please read the notes and then send a message in the comment section of the inquiry form stating that you wish to cancel your membership.

After you cancel your membership, you will no longer be able to view your registration details.

Any products you have already ordered will be shipped even after you cancel your membership.

Product and Care

Caring for your bag

To maintain the quality of your HEREU bag, avoid prolonged direct exposure to light and heat. We recommend storing your bag in the original packaging when not in use. Avoid contact with water, oil, perfume and cosmetics. If your bag gets wet, gently pat it dry to remove excess water and allow it to dry completely at room temperature.

Shoe Care

To care for your HEREU shoes, remove any dirt with a damp cloth or sponge, regularly apply a light natural wax and protect by polishing with a soft cloth. Avoid extreme heat and humidity. If your shoes get wet, gently pat them dry to remove excess water and allow them to dry completely at room temperature.
