Cancellations or changes cannot be made after the order has been processed.

For each order, the shipping fee is a flat rate of 660 yen (tax included) nationwide.

Avoid contact with water, oil, perfumes, and cosmetics. If your bag gets wet, gently pat it dry to remove excess moisture and allow it to air dry completely at room temperature.

To care for your HEREU shoes, remove dirt with a damp cloth or sponge, apply a light natural wax regularly, and polish with a soft cloth for protection. Avoid extreme heat and humidity.
