3. Password Management

Article 3 (Changes)

Purchase applications must be made by the member himself/herself. Even if a third party purchases products etc. on behalf of the member, or lends the member's name, the member will be responsible for all obligations arising from the purchase of the products etc.
Delivery of products etc. via this service is limited to addresses within Japan.
Article 6 (Termination of membership and liability for compensation)

Article 13 (Governing Law, Court of Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the district court having jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
