・Please try on shoes in a clean indoor area. If there are signs of use on the sole or product, it will not be eligible.
・Please return the product with all accessories and the shoebox intact. Lost or damaged items will not be eligible.
・We cannot accept returns with the shipping label directly affixed to the shoebox.
・Please use a trackable shipping method for returns.
If you purchase two pairs of the same product in different sizes:
・Return of only one pair → Campaign eligible (return shipping covered by us)
・Return of both pairs → Campaign not eligible
※If both pairs are returned, shipping costs for delivery and return will be borne by the customer.
